I’ve been where you are, trying to follow all the expert-approved success strategies and cookie-cutter business models. I know what it feels like to be stressed, exhausted, stuck–losing your spark in a sea of shoulds–and beating yourself up because of it.
But trying to become someone else (while hustling to prove myself and ignoring my inner guidance) left me anxious, depressed, and burnt out. It took a dark year (or two) of the soul, a chronic illness, and lots of therapy before I reconnected with my authentic self through Human Design.
